We were founded in 2013 by a practicing Otolaryngologist and have grown to be the largest provider of ENT surgeons for short-term and ongoing staffing needs. We are the nationwide leaders in ENT locums due to our understanding of the unique challenges and advantages of providing ENT service lines and call coverage. Our administrative team are all practicing otolaryngologists who ensure our clients and surgeons have the best possible experience.

ALLISON ROYER, MD
Founder & CEO
Dr. Allison Royer, MD founded ENT Surgery Solutions in 2013 and has directed its growth over the past 9 years. Her unique perspective as a practicing otolaryngologist has guided her to create a company dedicated to providing clients with the best ENT surgeons and her colleagues with the highest paid locums positions.
ALEX LANIGAN , MD
Regional Director (South & East)
Dr. Alexander Lanigan is a practicing otolaryngologist in Kentucky who is the site director of our southern and eastern clients. Dr. Lanigan ensures that our clients have the needed coverage and that our ENT surgeons have a rewarding experience while working.

PRYOR BRENNER, MD
Regional Director (West)
Dr. Brenner brings extensive experience in otolaryngology coverage for Level I hospitals. He uses this expertise help our clients obtain outstanding coverage (including trauma) for high acuity hospitals. He also serves a director for our clients in the western region.
MARK ROYER, MD, MBA
Medical Director
Dr. Mark Royer is an otolaryngologist with a sinus based practice in southern Indiana who serves as our medical director. He works with our clients and surgicalists to ensure the best possible otolaryngology care is provided to our clients and their patients. In addition to his MD degree from Indiana University School of Medicine, he received his MBA from University of Southern Indiana, and has achieved Fellow status in the Academy of Wilderness Medicine.
JOHN FALLON, MD, MBA, FACS
Regional director (Midwest)
Dr. Fallon is an otolaryngologist who began working as a locums otolaryngologist in 2016. He has been working with ENT Surgery Solutions since 2018 and recently became our Regional director of our midwest sites. He had a robust career as a general Otolaryngologist in northern Indiana and grew his private practice to one of the largest Otolaryngology groups in the country. He has an MBA from Notre Dame and provides consulting to USA and Chinese based healthcare companies. He helps to ensure our ENT surgeons have all the tools necessary to have an excellent experience while assisting our midwest clients.
LAURA GERHARDT
VP of Physician Services
Laura is a Murray State graduate who brings a wealth of medical experience to our company. Her background includes nursing, operational leadership, clinical care coordination, and patient experience.
Laura oversees the daily administrative operations of ENT Surgery Solutions. She supports our surgeons and sites by ensuring all licensing and credentialing processes are handled smoothly.
Outside of work, Laura enjoys traveling with her husband and three children.
